Charlie (Brendan Fraser) weighs almost 300 kilos and wants to change his life. Several years ago, he admitted his homosexuality, but abandoned his ex-wife and teenage daughter Ellie (Sadie Sink) for his lover. When he died, he literally ate his frustration - the pounds rose and his will to live sank. Now he wants to make amends with his 17-year-old daughter, who really wants nothing more to do with him.
