Redouane has worked 15 years in a mattress factory and his dream of being promoted to foreman has finally come true. But on his first day as boss, life pulls a fast one: the factory is moving to INDIA! No way is Redouane letting go of his dream job. So, he sweet-talks his girlfriend, Marguerite, promising her a life of luxury if she tags along on his wild adventure. Upon arrival, they’re hit with a culture shock. Every corner they turn, they stumble into one hilarious mishap after another. Just when they think it can't get crazier, Redouane discovers his boss has tricked him, paying him in local pay scale! Fueled by frustration, Redouane decides it’s time for some French style way. He rallies the Indian workers and leads a strike! Redouane finally gets his well-deserved promotion and bonus. But the workers, still stuck in lousy conditions, turn on him, and Marguerite, fed up with his greed, walks out. Now, lonelier than a single pillow in a double bed, Redouane has to come up with a new scheme to win everyone back. Will his wild idea work this time?
