An old Jewish couple is planning a summer vacation. She wants to go to Israel, and definitely not to Switzerland, a country that once refused her as a refugee. But for him Israel is too hot, and anyway full of Arabs. So off to Switzerland they go, where he suffers from heart attack. The nurse who saves his life is Palestinian.
